This is a test of your math prowess. No calculus, algebra, or any other fancy stuff like that there. Just good old fashioned adding. Challenge a classmate, challenge an instructor, see how tough you really are.

Instructions:

  1. Cut out the 9 squares to the left and arrange them face up between the two players.
  2. The first player chooses any number.
  3. The second player then chooses a number.
  4. Then the first player again.
  5. Then the second player again.
  6. And so on until someone wins or all numbers are gone (a draw).

The objective; get three numbers that add up to fifteen (and keep the other guy from doing it before you do.

Note: it must be THREE numbers (not two, or four, etc.) i.e. 9 and 6 does NOT win, but 8,1,6 does win.

Recommendation: When you get good at this, challenge someone to play with a 10 (or 5) second time limit per turn.

Is there a CRM principle at stake here? If so, what is it?
