Two-Pilot Engine Failure at V1

In this video an engine fails just after V1. The pilots perform the required procedures and climb to 3000.

You will notice that at 400 agl the pilot levels off and accelerates to Vyse. Upon reaching Vyse the pilot switches the Flighth Director to ASI mode then calls for flaps up - this causes the Flight Director to maintain Vyse in the climb.
